When I need a break from metalsmithing, I start fusing glass. These completely one-of-a-kind pendants are made by layering brightly colored glass, shiny pieces of dichroic glass, clear glass and copper wire together and putting them into a 1400 degree kiln. What comes out is always a fabulous surprise. The colors are so vibrant and no one can believe it's glass. $72
Every elle piece is completely handmade. I start with sterling silver sheet and wire and then saw, grind, hammer, stamp, shape, solder, shape (again), grind (again) and polish. What I end up with is a unique piece of wearable art, specially made for you. Something that I hope you want to wear everyday, that becomes part of you.
